$15.00 cancellation fee Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of first night room rate and tax.

No refund (total room payment and security deposit) will be given
should a guest be evicted.

Appropriate taxes will be added to all posted rates.

No Pets Please
|
If a pet is found, you will be evicted and charged for carpet cleaning and flea
spray.

All units are provided with an initial supply of linen, bath towels, toilet
tissue, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Any
additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.
