ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Holidays	Memorial Day & Fourth of July, add $10 per night to the posted rate. Minimum stay of three nights is required.
Weekend Reservations	There is a 2 night minimum stay during weekends.
Age Restrictions	At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Check In/Check Out	Check In time is 3:00 p.m. Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. All Check In & Check Out activities are performed at The Inn At St Thomas Square, located at 8730 Thomas Drive.
Cancellation Policy	$15.00 cancellation fee Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of first night room rate and tax.
Eviction	No refund (total room payment and security deposit) will be given should a guest be evicted.
Taxes	Appropriate taxes will be added to all posted rates.
No Pets Please	If a pet is found, you will be evicted and charged for carpet cleaning and flea spray.
Room Supplies	All units are provided with an initial supply of linen, bath towels, toilet tissue, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent.
