Some of our main criteria for applicants selection are readiness to work hard
(sessions with dolphins and families with disabled children are very intense and demanding),
excellent social and communication skills, physical endurance, excellent swimming skills, languages
(we cater to families from all over the world) and ability to get
along with other interns as roommates.
You will receive more information about the practical
aspect of the program and an application form by request. Telephone interviews will be conducted by

Note: Here are some of the activities you will be involved in. In addition, you will be helping with our 1-Day, 3-Day and 1-Week educational programs.
Dates for the 2012 spring/summer sessions are as follows.

- May Internship: May 03 to June 02 - This session includes at least one Harmony Programs for independant families May 27 through June 01; The May session is open to 4 interns.
- June Internship: June 03 to July 01. This session includes at least 1 Harmony Program
for independant families June 10 through 15 (with a group of 11 French Canadian children with autism from Montreal); it includes 1 Serenity Program June 17 through 22. The
June session is open to 4 interns.
- July Internship: July 02 to July 29. The July session includes at least 1 Harmony
Program July 08 through 13; and 1 Serenity Program July 15 through 20.
The July session is open to 4 interns. - August Internship: July 30 to August 31 - The August session session includes at least 1 Harmony Program August 05 through 10. In addition, the August session will be focused on eco-tourism management, on the impact on wild dolphins of the interaction with humans in the Panama City area and on their adaptive behavior, on environmental issues. This session is recommended for individuals who are more interested in finding out about and in having a first hand glimpse of the relationship between humans and dolphins from the dolphins point of view. The August session is open to 3 interns.
